Douglas, AZ Housing Market Trends

With a population of 15,589, 4,476 total housing units (homes and apartments), and a median house value of $209,641, house prices in Douglas are solidly below the national average.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Douglas, accounting for 73.54% of the city's housing units. Other types of housing that are prevalent in Douglas include large apartment complexes or high rise apartments ( 10.99%), row houses and other attached homes ( 6.55%), and a few duplexes, homes converted to apartments or other small apartment buildings ( 4.74%).
