Sylvania, GA Housing Market Trends

With 2,655 people, 955 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $236,440, house prices in Sylvania are solidly below the national average.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Sylvania, accounting for 74.06% of the city's housing units. Other types of housing that are prevalent in Sylvania include duplexes, homes converted to apartments or other small apartment buildings ( 12.29%), mobile homes or trailers ( 8.02%), and a few large apartment complexes or high rise apartments ( 5.63%).
