Mount Rainier is a somewhat small city located in the state of Maryland. With a population of 8,126 people and three associated neighborhoods, Mount Rainier is the 91st largest community in Maryland. Much of the housing stock in Mount Rainier was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic cities in the country.
