Town and Country, MO Housing Market Trends

With 11,584 people, 4,147 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $957,549, Town and Country house prices are not only among the most expensive in Missouri, Town and Country real estate also is some of the most expensive in all of America.

Town and Country is a city of large, single-family homes. In fact, there is a higher proportion of four, five or more bedroom homes in Town and Country than is found in 98% of the communities in America.

The large homes that make up Town and Country are primarily owner-occupied ( 80.10%).
