Rio Rancho, NM Housing Market Trends

With 108,082 people, 38,190 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $394,075, Rio Rancho real estate is some of the most expensive in New Mexico, although Rio Rancho home values aren't among America's most expensive.
