Phelps is a very small village located in the state of New York. With a population of 1,865 people and two associated neighborhoods, Phelps is the 622nd largest community in New York. Phelps has a large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic villages in the country.

Also of interest is that Phelps has more people living here who work in computers and math than 95% of the places in the US.
