Oak Harbor is a very small village located in the state of Ohio. With a population of 2,790 people and two associated neighborhoods, Oak Harbor is the 393rd largest community in Ohio. Much of the housing stock in Oak Harbor was built prior to World War II, making it one of the older and more historic villages in the country.
