East Stroudsburg is a somewhat small borough located in the state of Pennsylvania. With a population of 9,445 people and 14 associated neighborhoods, East Stroudsburg is the 118th largest community in Pennsylvania. East Stroudsburg has an unusually large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic boroughs.
