Alexandria is a very small town located in the state of Alabama. With a population of 4,032 people and two associated neighborhoods, Alexandria is the 144th largest community in Alabama.Unlike some towns where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Alexandria is neither predominantly one nor the other.
