Tobyhanna is a medium-sized town located in the state of Pennsylvania. With a population of 16,339 people and six associated neighborhoods, Tobyhanna is the 54th largest community in Pennsylvania.Unlike some towns, Tobyhanna isn’t mainly white- or blue-collar.
